光学測定室のパルスYAGおよびOPPO(波長変換装置)

概要:
パルスYAG(max.50Hz)により2次,3次,4次の高調波が発生できる.3次の高調波によってOPPOを励起すれば,410-2500nmの範囲で波長可変な光源となる.パルス時間幅は数nsから10ns程度である.OPPOのスペクトル幅は波長によって異なる.
