学内の方へ For on-campus users
当実験室は学内機器センターではなく全国共同利用施設です。
学内の方も学外の方と同様に共同利用に申し込んでいただいています。
This laboratory is not an on-campus equipment center, but a national joint-use facility.
On-campus users are welcome to apply for shared use in the same way as off-campus users.
通常は以下の手順になります
1. 申請の前には必ず実験室担当者と議論を行い、目的の測定が可能かを検討してください。
2. 申請前の書類を担当者に送っていただき、問題なければWEBシステムから申請してください。
3. 受け入れ決定後で一連の手続きをして、希望日の1週間から1か月前辺りで予約を申請します。
The usual procedure is as follows:
1. Before applying, you “must” have a discussion with the contact person in charge of the laboratory to see if the desired measurement is possible.
2. Send the pre-application documents to the contact person, and if there are no problems, the application will be submitted through the web system.
3. After the application is approved, you will be asked to complete the necessary procedures and apply for a resercation around one week to one month prior to the desired date.
About Joint-use
所内の方へ For ISSP users
所内利用の方は、放射線業務従事者として登録後、使用希望装置のレクチャーを受けてください。その後、希望日の１週間から１か月前辺りで予約を申請してください。汎用粉末X線とラウエは予約表が公開されています。低温X線以外の測定は独力で行っていただきますが、各種相談はいつでも歓迎です。
After registering as a Radiation worker, the user must receive a lecture on the equipment he/she wishes to use. After that, please apply for a reservation around one week to one month prior to the desired date. Reservation tables are available for general-purpose powder X-ray and Laue camera. You are expected to perform measurements other than low-temperature X-rays on your own, but consultations are always welcome.
研究成果の公表 Publication of Research Results
共同利用による研究の成果が出版される場合には、必ず「物性研究所物質合成・評価設備を利用した。」旨を論文中に明記し、また、その別刷１部を共同利用係宛に送付してください。2021年度以降の課題については課題番号も併せて記載をお願い致します。英文の場合の参考は次のとおりです。
When publishing the results of your research, be sure to clearly state in the paper “used the Materials Synthesis and Characterization Laboratory of the Institute for Solid State Physics” and send one reprint of the paper to the Publications Office.
