装置予約 Equipment reservation

○粉末構造解析装置(PowderXRD), ラウエ(Laue)について
　共同利用の方は所定の手続き後、予約表を確認の上スタッフへ希望日時をメールしてください。
　所内利用の方も上記による予約を行ってください。
　After completing the prescribed procedures for joint-use user, please check the reservation
list and send an e-mail to the staff with your desired date and time.
(In-house users must also make a reservation according to the above procedure.)

○単結晶構造解析装置(SingleXRD), 極低温粉末構造解析装置(PowderXRD-LT)について
　共同利用、所内利用、共にスタッフへ詳細をメールして実験内容についてご相談ください。
For both joint-use and in-house use, please email the staff to discuss details of experiment.

○初めて利用する方へ
　いかなるユーザーもレクチャーを受ける必要があります。
First-time users must be lectured by staff.

注意
当実験室の装置は共同利用のためのものです。
共通実験室ではないため、所定の手続きに基づいた使用をお願いします。
トラブルの元になりますので予約時間はきちんと守るようにしてください。
The equipment in this laboratory is for jpint-use. Since this is not a common laboratory, please use it in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Please be sure to keep your appointment time as it can be a source of trouble.

■予約方法 (共同利用、所内利用) How to make a reservation for all users.

以下の内容をxraylab*宛にメール送信。 *@issp.u-tokyo.ac.jp
Send an email to xraylab* with the following information.

名前と所属 (Name and affiliation)
メールアドレス (Email address)
利用希望日時 (Take advantage of the Day of Hope)
使用希望装置 (Preferred equipment)
- 同装置の使用経験が無い場合、使用経験無と明記
  If you have no experience using this equipment, specify “no experience”.

メール送信後，担当者からの返信で予約が確定します。
共同利用ユーザーは、共同利用システム上で確定日を入力してください。
各期の利用前に放射線業務従事承認書(様式5)を提出する必要があります。
トラブルが生じた際は山浦(内線63252)へ連絡してください。
部屋全てが管理区域になっています、必ず個人線量計を所定の位置につけ入室してください。
After sending the e-mail, the reservation will be confirmed by the reply from stuff. Joint-use users should enter the confirmed date on the shared-use system. Before each period of use, you need to submit a Radiation Work Authorization Form (Form 5). Please contact Yamaura (ext. 63252) in case of any trouble. All rooms are controlled areas, so please be sure to enter with your personal dosimeter in place.
